Electroalfa is looking for a Process Engineer to join our E – House Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, contributing to increased productivity, operational efficiency, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing process flows.
- Prepare and maintain technological documentation in accordance with engineering and design requirements.
- Establish and improve standard operation times.
- Provide technical support during prototype development and serial production.
- Train production operators on manufacturing processes and technological requirements.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production technologies.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
