Job Location: Berlin, NJ 08009
Job Duration: 2 Months (Possibility for conversion)
Shift: Mon – Fri 8 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Process Monitoring & Optimization
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor process performance to meet efficiency, output, and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and control processes.
Data Analysis & Problem Solving
- Use data analysis, audits, and preventive maintenance to identify process gaps.
- Lead/support RCCA investigations and implement lasting solutions.
- Conduct trials and DOE to optimize and validate process improvements.
- Evaluate asset performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Continuous Improvement & Project Leadership
- Lead process improvement and optimization projects.
- Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Optimize raw material specifications using performance data.
Collaboration & Technical Support
- Resolve technical and operational issues with stakeholders.
- Share best practices and support technical communities/COEs.
- Provide technical support during commissioning and startup activities.
Safety & Operational Excellence
- Promote safety culture and safe work practices.
- Support improvements in safety performance and operational standards.
