Process Engineer / Project Manager
Pacific Process is a multi-disciplined professional services group providing business and technical solutions to clients across the dairy, food and beverage sectors. Our team delivers specialised capital works projects across Australasia and North America, combining strong technical capability with practical project delivery expertise.
As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Process Engineers and Project Managers with a background in food, beverage or dairy processing who are ready to take the next step in their careers in a full-time role.
In this role, you will contribute to multiple projects at once, working closely with site teams and other multi-disciplinary stakeholders. You will lead process design and engineering input to help deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget, while achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
What you’ll bring:
- A relevant engineering or scientific tertiary qualification
- Proven experience in project scoping, feasibility studies, design, estimating, scheduling and procurement
- Strong capability in risk assessments, SOP development, safety audits, HAZOP studies and design reviews
- The ability to work independently, build trusted client relationships and maintain high professional standards
Key responsibilities:
- Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from concept and design through procurement, installation and commissioning, including time on site
- Prepare and review reports, proposals, design calculations and technical analysis
- Lead project delivery activities including commercial management, contract administration, negotiation, analysis and review
