The role requires a highly proactive individual who is willing to take ownership and actively engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, analyze business needs, and drive improvements. The ideal candidate should not wait for instructions but instead be comfortable approaching users, gathering information, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
What We’ll Work on Together
- Gather and clarify business requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and process documentation.
- Create process flows, SOPs, and business documentation.
- Support system implementation and enhancement projects.
- Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in operational improvement initiatives, audits, and automation projects.
- Work on project-based assignments related to operational excellence and productivity improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of business processes and improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Six Sigma, BPI).
- Skilled in process mapping, SOP development, and data analysis (advanced Excel required).
- Experience in system implementation or business/operational projects within HRIS/Darwin Box is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
- Fast learner with strong ownership and interest in automation and process improvement.
- Fluent in English.
