Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production processes to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
- Perform process inspections, collect production data, and report process deviations.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Support the introduction and validation of new manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Profile
- Masters/Engineering degree (Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
