The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing the technical and commercial aspects of material and equipment sourcing for our projects in Riyadh. This role ensures that all requirements are met on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Review project technical specifications and drawings to identify material requirements and ensure compliance.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and manage sub-contractor agreements.
• Coordinate closely with technical and site teams to ensure material deliveries align with project schedules.
• Perform market research to stay updated on price trends and identify reliable new vendors.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, tracking logs, and progress repot.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, etc).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices.
- Effective communication skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skill and attention to details.
- Strong in MS Office.
- Proficient in English.
