Position: Procurement, Estimation & QS Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a Procurement, Estimation & QS Engineer to join our Project Management Department.
Key Responsibilities:
BOQ & Quantity Surveying
– Prepare and review BOQs based on project drawings.
– Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
– Ensure accuracy of quantities and project requirements.
Estimation & Costing
– Prepare project cost estimates and pricing.
– Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
– Prepare cost comparison sheets and support budget planning.
Procurement
– Source materials and subcontractors.
– Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
– Maintain supplier relationships and pricing records.
Proposals & Quotations
– Prepare commercial offers and client quotations.
– Support tender and project submissions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project costing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering work on time.
