You will join a newly formed agents pod to build and scale autonomous hiring infrastructure for enterprise giants like Boots and the NHS. You will own the Talent Agent Engine, moving beyond simple chatbots to create stateful agents that source, score, and interview candidates within a high-stakes, high-compliance production environment.

What You Will Do
- Build and optimize the Talent Agent Engine, managing intent classification, tool orchestration, and validation harnesses for foundation model calls.
- Scale production agents like the Interview and Scoring Agents, ensuring they operate reliably under a domain-specific stateful harness.
- Develop the Studio control plane and evaluation pipelines to bridge the gap between model prototypes and enterprise-grade production reality.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience shipping real-world AI agents to production using the Vercel AI SDK or stateful primitives like Cloudflare Durable Objects.
- Deep full-stack proficiency with TypeScript, React, and serverless compute, with a strong obsession for evals and performance metrics.
- A bias for action who prefers shipping high-quality iterations quickly over long-term theoretical development cycles in a greenfield environment.
