𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭
Location: Karachi
Gross Salary: PKR 85,000 – 90,000 + Other standard benefits
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Assist in the research, design, and development of new products based on market trends and client feedback.
Prepare technical data sheets, product presentations, and quotation proposals to assist the front-end sales team.
Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping to identify new product gaps and growth opportunities.
Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, QA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product trials and timely rollouts.
Address technical and product-related queries from clients, serving as the bridge between technical teams and the market.
Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and project development timelines.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing or industrial B2B sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis) and Powerpoint (presentations). Familiarity with basic product design principles or ERP systems is a plus.
