Responsibilities
- :Take ownership of projects requiring custom solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- .Identifying customer requirements and gathering all relevant details from stakeholders, data sources and suppliers to determine the feasibility of the project
- .Meet with suppliers to design and source custom products to meet customer requirements
- .Perform product testing and validation to ensure that the custom solution is reliable, compliant to the necessary standards and meets the customers expectations
- .Lead all IoT related work and projects
- .Provide after-sales support to customers to assist with any technical or product related issues after project completion

Requirements
- :Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plu
- s.Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and working with custom solution
- s.Strong proficiency in IoT, vehicle electronics, and integratio
- n.Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadline
- s.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customer
- s.Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and navigate complex technical challenge
- s.Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team member
- s.Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and technical drawing
- s.Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneousl
