Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support the growth and adoption of healthcare-related products and solutions. This role focuses on product launches, lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for new and existing products.
- Support product launches through marketing materials, training content, digital campaigns, and sales support tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality.
- Manage product positioning, pricing strategies, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activity.
- Support distributor and partner relationships through training and promotional initiatives.
- Build relationships with customers, advisors, and key stakeholders to support product education and marketing efforts.
- Track and report on product and marketing performance metrics.
- Participate in industry trade shows, educational events, and customer meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of product marketing or product management experience in healthcare, medical device, or related industries preferred.
- Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel may be required
