What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager with a background in industrial manufacturing and engineered products who has successfully managed a product portfolio and understands the full product lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Background
Experience managing industrial or engineered product portfolios within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Candidates from adjacent industries with comparable product management responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
- Own an established industrial product portfolio.
- Develop long-term product strategy and business plans.
- Lead New Product Development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
- Drive pricing strategy, profitability, and market share growth.
- Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Champion successful product launches.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Compensation:
