We're looking for an Intermediate Product Manager to support the execution of the Retail Financial Operations roadmap, working closely with Finance, Operations and the SAP ERP team to design, document and ship concrete improvements across one or more of Turbo's financial domains.
This role is ideal for someone with solid product experience who wants to deepen their expertise in retail financial operations, gain exposure to ERP systems, and start using AI tools (Claude, N8N) to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Execute roadmap initiatives defined by the Principal PM, with autonomy in implementation
- Conduct discovery with Finance and Operations teams to map current processes and identify pain points
- Write clear PRDs and process specifications that engineering can implement without ambiguity
- Track operational metrics (match rate, days payable outstanding, trade marketing recovery rate) and report on progress
- Build simple prototypes using AI tools to validate hypotheses before committing to development
- Coordinate with the SAP ERP team on documenting configuration requirements
- Participate in cross-functional forums representing the product on day-to-day operational topics
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of Product experience, ideally with exposure to financial systems, ERP, or B2B operational processes
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories and functional specifications
- Ability to work with technical teams (engineering, SAP) and translate business needs into clear requirements
- Comfortable analyzing operational data and building basic dashboards (Looker, Excel/Sheets, basic SQL is a plus)
- Curiosity about AI tools (Claude or similar) to accelerate analysis and prototyping — no engineering background required
