About the Job
We are hiring a Product Owner – Super App (Healthcare Insurance) to drive the vision, strategy, backlog, and end-to-end delivery of a Healthcare Super App. This role involves leading product development for consumer-facing digital healthcare solutions, defining AI-powered features, and ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably within Healthcare Insurance
- Proven experience delivering digital products in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in consumer-facing applications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product ownership methodologies
- Knowledge of KSA healthcare and insurance regulations (Insurance Authority, MOH, CCHI) is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or related field
Requirements:
- Own and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Healthcare Super App
- Write, prioritize, and manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define and implement AI-powered product features such as chatbots, smart claims, and personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and healthcare regulatory teams to ensure adherence
- Track and optimize product KPIs including engagement, NPS, and claims submission rates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Location: Riyadh/ Jeddah.
