Join our Winnipeg, MB team as a Water Treatment Product Support Specialist, delivering essential technical assistance to our customers. Support product understanding and resolution of technical queries effectively.
In this position, you will engage with customers to manage their technical issues, guiding them through product usage and resolving their inquiries. Building strong relationships is key, as you provide updates and information on new products. Collaborate with the Product Management Team to enhance marketing materials, ensuring clear communication of product features.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
• Manage ongoing customer relationships and updates
• Collaborate with product management to enhance offerings
• Develop training materials and user manuals
• Attend and facilitate training sessions for clients
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in water treatment
• CWQA certification preferred, or a willingness to pursue
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Promote diversity and inclusivity throughout the role
