Company Description Esquire Brands is a fast‑growing leader in kids’ footwear, known for quality, innovation, and strong global factory partnerships. We’re looking for an organized, detail‑driven Footwear Production Coordinator to join our New York team and support daily production operations.

About the Role

This entry‑level position is ideal for someone eager to begin a career in footwear production and operations. You’ll manage data entry, communicate with overseas factories, track production progress, and support internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product.

Role Description

• Data Entry & Tracking — Enter customer and stock purchase orders. Maintain accurate production timelines, and sample logs.

• Factory Communication — Send and receive daily email updates with overseas factories regarding production status and shipment timing.

• Production Updates — Update internal systems with changes to purchase orders and production milestones.

• Sample Coordination — Track incoming samples, log revisions, and distribute samples to internal teams. Review and approve production samples.

• Excel Reporting — Maintain spreadsheets for production timelines.

• Team Support — Assist production managers and quality teams to keep workflow smooth and on schedule.

Preferred (Not Required)

• A2000 ERP experience or familiarity with similar systems.

• Experience in footwear, apparel, or consumer goods production environments.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday–Friday

Some communication may occur outside standard hours due to overseas time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Clear, professional written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Basic understanding of footwear production terminology (preferred but not required).
