We’re Hiring: Production Engineer (Protein Bars Production Engineer)
Esrar Company is looking to hire a qualified Production Engineer specialized in Protein Bars manufacturing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, operate, and optimize protein bar production lines
• Ensure product quality in terms of texture, taste, and consistency
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Implement food safety standards (GMP & HACCP)
• Minimize waste and improve production efficiency
• Train and supervise the production team
🔹 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science/Technology, or Agriculture (Food specialization)
• Mechanical Engineering candidates are preferred if they have experience in food production lines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry (Snacks / Confectionery)
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and equipment
• Hands-on experience in mixing, forming, and cutting processes
• Good understanding of quality and food safety systems
• Preferably based in Sadat City or willing to relocate
