Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage post-production design and process changes across manufacturing operations
- Create, review, and maintain detailed manufacturing and inspection drawings
- Support production teams by troubleshooting and resolving technical and manufacturing issues
- Manage design transfer activities and oversee change control documentation
- Perform verification and validation of inspection equipment and processes
- Drive process validation and equipment qualification initiatives
- Handle non-conformance, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- BEng / BSc Eng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience in a design or production engineering role
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and validation principles
- Strong analytical, reporting, and technical documentation skills
Advantageous Experience:
- Exposure to regulated industries or quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards)
- Experience with process validation, CAPA, non-conformance handling, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of BOM/SKU management and product configuration control
- Data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
