Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Gharaunda. The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal production efficiency, quality assurance, and adherence to safety guidelines. Responsibilities include managing the production team, coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Rice mill production and Quality Control
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Production Planning
- Experience in Quality Control, Compliance Adherence, and Safety Standards
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with a focus on developing cohesive teams
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Coordination
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Operational Efficiency Improvement
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
