Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production operators and team leaders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Monitor production performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, downtime and scrap
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and Planning departments to minimize disruptions.
- Manage shift handovers and maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and work in progress to support uninterrupted production.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, including supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of automotive production processes, assembly operations, and manufacturing systems.
