The Role As we grow, we're investing in the operational backbone that lets us move even faster. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to own the day-to-day orchestration of our initiatives — turning plans into tracked, scheduled, and completed work.
You'll be the connective tissue of the team: capturing what needs to happen, organizing it in ClickUp, keeping owners and timelines clear, and driving projects to the finish line. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves structure, momentum, and being the person who makes things happen.
Pay Scale: $20 – $25 Per Hour
What You'll Do
• Attend internal and team meetings to capture initiatives, action items, and deliverables
• Build and manage projects, tasks, timelines, and due dates in ClickUp
• Assign owners, set clear deadlines, and follow up proactively to keep work on track
• Schedule and run recurring check-ins to keep the team aligned and accountable
• Track initiatives end-to-end and surface blockers early
• Provide light administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
• Anticipate next steps and make sure nothing loses momentum
What We're Looking For
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-directed, with a knack for keeping people and projects on schedule
• Some project coordination or project management experience (formal or informal)
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• Comfortable learning and working in project management tools; ClickUp experience is a plus
• Excited to be part of a small team where your work has visible impact
• Reliable during US business hours
