I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
- Plan, implement, and monitor the entire process of the project from start to finish.
- Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the project's progress and product quality.
- Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring the project is executed within the allowable budget.
- Assess risks and propose solutions to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
Quality Management:
- Oversee and inspect product quality, ensuring it meets customers' technical and aesthetic standards.
- Detect and promptly address issues related to product quality.
Communication and External Relations:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- Negotiate and resolve issues arising during the project implementation with customers and related partners.
- Prepare progress and performance reports for the Board of Directors and relevant parties periodically or upon request.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Planning and project management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, especially with international clients.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Skills in inspecting and evaluating product quality according to aesthetic and technical standards.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Willing to travel for business trips when necessary.
