Key Responsibilities
- Project Deployment: Coordinate and track daily telecom implementation tasks, rollout phases, and site deliverables.
- Resource Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between field engineers, subcontractors, riggers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deployment.
- Site & Materials Tracking: Follow up on site readiness, material requisitions, and equipment delivery to minimize deployment delays.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project trackers, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and compile closeout documentation (As-Built drawings, acceptance certificates).
- Environment: Hybrid setup involving office-based coordination and routine site visits to monitor implementation quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field.
- Technical: Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (site builds, MW/RF equipment, power systems). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools.
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational and scheduling abilities, proactive problem-solving, and a proven track record of meeting strict rollout deadlines under pressure.
