Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to project managers and teams across multiple sites.
- Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of projects in line with contractual, financial, and operational requirements.
- Manage client relationships, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and resources, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Report regularly to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in high-value building.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local authority requirements (RTA, DM, ADM, etc.).
