ConsultANZ is looking for a Project Engineer for a civil Engineering company in Welington.
Main Duties:
- Coordinate and manage daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, QA records, and construction methodologies.
- Assist with project planning, programming, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Support Project Managers with project reporting, forecasting, and commercial management.
- Coordinate survey, design, and construction activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer within civil construction.
- Experience in marine, port, bridge, structures, earthworks, ground improvement, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of QA systems, ITPs, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
