Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, execution of detailed EEE workforce skill and knowledge strategies
- Accelerate establishment and implementation of an EEE development strategy
- Manage learning and training requirements and functional deliverables
- Enable engineering career pathing tools and resources
- Maintain the EEE skill health and Boeing Designated Expert (BDE) framework
- Lead content development intended for the development of Electronic and Electrical Engineering talent
- Build relationships to gain support and commitment from others and promote ideas
- Communicate plans and strategies with senior/executive leadership
- Drive results using appropriate processes, tools, schedules, metrics, and data analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
- 5 or more years’ experience managing or leading engineering teams
- 5 or more years of experience in the Aerospace Industry
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
