Our client is seeking a Project Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing processes to oversee their Precast section. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
This candidate must have hands-on experience in precast plants and have a strong understanding of PCI and ACI compliance codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process of precast elements
- Ensure quality control and consistency of products according to specifications
- Act as a field liaison between production, quality control, and senior leadership
- Implement and enforce best practices in precast manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with U.S. codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and proposing technical solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Precast experience
