Role Description The Project Engineer at Davaam Life is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of projects related to vending machines, refill stations and new new customized machine development ensuring that installations meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing product life cycle, from conceptualizing to prototyping and deployment.
- Developing and maintaining firmware in C/C++, Python, NodeJS etc for various MCU architectures and SBCs, e.g. STM, ESP, ATmega and RPi.
- Designing and simulating circuits, schematic diagrams and multi-layer PCBs, ensuring compliance with regulators.
- Integrating peripherals with MCUs and SBCs utilizing various communication protocols to interface with external hardware.
- Manage remote integrations to ensure machines stay connected to our cloud backend for inventory, health monitoring, data collection and software updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in embedded systems or consumer electronics.
- Hands on experience with hardware software integration and PCB designing.
- Aptitude for innovation
