- Manage the complete execution of electrical and ELV works on construction projects, ensuring all installations are completed safely, on time, and as per approved designs.
- Review and prepare engineering documents such as shop drawings, BOQs, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings for electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, BMS, access control, and structured cabling.
- Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting teams to ensure smooth project execution and avoid clashes during installation.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and site teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover, while providing technical guidance whenever required.
- Monitor the quality of work on-site by conducting regular inspections, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, QA/QC procedures, and engineering best practices.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and utility providers for approvals, inspections, testing, and service connections throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan daily site activities, allocate manpower and resources, track project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure milestones are achieved within the project schedule.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection requests, testing and commissioning documentation, as-built drawings, and final project handover documents.
- Ensure that all electrical and ELV systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
