Location: 182-184 Bui Ta Han Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Job Purpose: The project engineer is required to execute and manage engineering projects from planning, implementation, and commissioning to handover, while supporting PMO activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Role Description:
1.Project Planning
• Conduct site surveys and collect technical requirements from clients
• Define project scope, develop execution plans (timeline, manpower, materials)
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical solutions and proposals
• Prepare project technical documentation
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
2.Execution & Commissioning
• Supervise system installation (mechanical, electrical, and automation if applicable)
• Perform wiring, inspection, and pre-commissioning checks
• Execute commissioning, testing, and system optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site/remote
3.Project Management Office (PMO) support
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
• Maintain and control project documentation (drawings, checklists, reports)
• Track project costs, materials, and resource utilization
• Coordinate with internal departments: Sales, Procurement, Service
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle
4.Handover & After-Sales Support
• Conduct FAT/SAT and final project acceptance (if applicable)
• Provide operation training to clients
• Prepare handover documentation (manuals, reports, as-built drawings)
• Support maintenance and post-project troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in engineering projects and commissioning
• Experience with Automation systems installation
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to travel for project assignments
• Ability to work independently at project sites
