Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Estimator role based in Lahore District, Punjab, Pakistan. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, material take-offs, vendor quotation comparisons, and tender documentation for MEP and Civil projects. The candidate will review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements to prepare accurate and competitive commercial submissions.
Saudi experience is required, and Saudi return candidates will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for MEP and Civil works.
- Perform material take-off from drawings and tender documents.
- Review HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, BMS, and Civil drawings/specifications.
- Prepare vendor/supplier quotation comparisons and commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and management for pricing and technical clarifications.
- Prepare tender submissions, technical proposals, comparison statements, and cost summaries.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of estimates and tender documents.
- Maintain estimation records, supplier data, and project costing files.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project/tender estimation.
- Saudi experience is required; Saudi return candidates will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP estimation, including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and BMS.
- Experience in Civil Estimation is also required.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, material take-off, and cost estimation.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD drawing review, and estimation-related tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tender submissions.
