Key Responsibilities:
- Provide integrated project management support for ongoing Oil & Gas projects
- Coordinate between engineering, quality, safety, procurement, and construction teams
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Assist in project planning, reporting, documentation, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and HSE standards
- Support project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain project records
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project coordination
- Track project performance and assist in resolving operational and technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas Engineering, Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of overseas experience in project management support within the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong understanding of project coordination, quality systems, and HSE practices
- Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management documentation
- Ability to work in multicultural and fast-paced project environments
