Position: Project Leader for Water/Wastewater Design

This role focuses on providing technical oversight for water and wastewater projects throughout North America. You will manage the design lifecycle from conception through execution while collaborating with teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Mentorship of developing engineers is an integral part of this position, fostering a culture of growth and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams in water treatment design
• Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
• Mentor junior staff on design challenges
• Manage permit coordination and regulatory compliance
• Drive project proposals and procurement strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering required; P.Eng preferred
• At least 10 years in water/wastewater project delivery
• Strong technical and leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
