- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle f vehicle projects from initial concept through to production and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, etc.) and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers) to align project goals and requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with OEM vehicle standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
- Oversee the resolution of technical issues and ensure that design changes are implemented smoothly.
- Develop and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from previous projects and incorporating best practices into new projects.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and project data is accurate and up-to-date.
