Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects across hospital operations and corporate functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Act as the central coordination point for all major projects, consolidating plans, progress updates, risks, and issues from all divisions.
  • Work closely with Division Heads and Project Owners to track milestones, follow up progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Prepare and align regular project status reports and dashboards for the COO and executive management.
  • Identify project risks, delays, and interdependencies, and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent project management practices, documentation, and reporting across all divisions.
  • Support the COO in translating strategic initiatives into executable project plans and monitoring their implementation.
  • Facilitate cross-division communication to ensure smooth execution and decision-making.
  • Support hospital-wide initiatives such as service improvement, digitalization, system implementation, expansion projects, and accreditation readiness.
  • Drive discipline in project execution, follow-up, and performance tracking across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience as a Project Management Officer or experience working in a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up and execution.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills, especially for management-level reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams, including medical and non-medical functions.
