We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive end-to-end IT project delivery in a dynamic environment, with exposure to fintech and digital ecosystem projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning, execution, implementation to post go-live stabilization
- Translate business and client requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, vendors) and ensure effective collaboration
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks and issues, and drive effective mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope, timeline, and cost through proper governance and control processes
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, and handover activities
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance with standards
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 3–6 years (Manager level), or 8–12 years (Senior level) in project management or IT delivery
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors
- Experience in fintech, banking, or digital payments
- Hands-on experience with system integration (API, middleware, switching)
- Understanding of SIT/UAT, deployment, and release management
- Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards
- Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, Agile, Project Management)
