About the role
You will lead and manage end-to-end technology projects from requirements gathering and functional specification to implementation and rollout.
The role combines working with cutting-edge cloud and AI tools alongside deep understanding of business needs in a complex healthcare environment.
Key areas of work:
- Working with Microsoft 365 cloud environment (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Building solutions with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), low-code development.
- Translating business needs into clear functional specifications
- Managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Supporting process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Computer Science – Must
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 environments
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and business understanding
- High motivation to learn new technologies and grow in a fast-evolving AI-driven environment
- Comfortable working in environments where many processes are still manual and being digitized
