Role Description
This is an on-site,, full-time role for a Project Manager, based in Indooroopilly, QLD. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of materials design and supply projects. Key tasks include planning and executing projects, managing logistics, supervising inspections, overseeing the expediting process, and ensuring timely delivery of project components. Effective communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors is a vital aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of project outcomes
- Experience in Expediting and familiarity with supply chain processes
- Knowledge of Inspection techniques and standards
- Skills in Logistics Management, including coordinating supply chains and deliveries
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
- Experience in the energy or related industries including steel or structures fabrication would be an asset
