A leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a flagship mixed-use and super high-rise development project in Riyadh.
The company has a strong portfolio of large-scale developments across the Kingdom, focused on delivering high-quality projects that combine design excellence, technical precision, and commercial value.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a major mixed-use development project, ensuring alignment between design, construction, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
The role will act as the key interface across internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution, milestone achievement, and successful delivery from design through handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between design, commercial, PMO, and site teams to ensure project alignment and smooth communication flow.
- Manage and oversee design consultants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design packages and technical submissions.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and corrective actions across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Lead stakeholder coordination and maintain effective communication with all project parties.
- Support the transition from design to construction while maintaining alignment with project objectives and design intent.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Coordinate across all key project stages including:
- Design & Pre-Construction
- Construction Delivery
- Handover & Close-Out
- Ensure timely issue resolution and proactive management of project challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 15+ years of experience in project management within real estate development, PMC, or construction environments.
- Mandatory experience managing full-cycle mixed-use and super high-rise projects from design through close-out.
- Strong background in consultant coordination, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- Good understanding of technical design management and construction interfaces.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams within large-scale developments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
