🚀 Project Manager II | 100% Remote
Are you a highly organized Project Manager who thrives on keeping teams aligned, projects moving, and leadership informed? We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization that is investing heavily in technology modernization, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation initiatives—and they're looking for a Project Manager II to join the team.
This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll play a key role in driving project execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring strategic initiatives stay on track from planning through delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and reporting tools
Coordinate recurring project meetings, create agendas, capture notes, and track action items
Gather and communicate weekly updates across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status reports for leadership
Maintain centralized project documentation, SharePoint sites, and project repositories
Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and manage project deliverables
Ensure project documentation remains accurate, current, and easily accessible
Help drive alignment, accountability, and visibility across multiple initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree
Up to 5 years of project management, PMO, project coordination, or related experience
Strong experience building and managing project plans, timelines, and trackers
Advanced communication skills with the ability to present updates to leadership teams
Experience with SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucid, or similar collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating clear, concise, and actionable project status reports
Nice to Have
Healthcare, health insurance, managed care, or highly regulated industry experience
Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operational excellence, or technology initiatives
