1. Project Planning
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
(WBS).
- Establish project milestones and resource requirements.
- Prepare execution strategies and implementation plans.
2. Scope Management
- Ensure project requirements are clearly understood and documented.
- Control scope changes through proper review and approval processes.
- Prevent scope creep and maintain alignment with contractual commitments.
3. Schedule Management
- Create and maintain project schedules and trackers.
- Monitor progress against planned milestones.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Identify schedule delays and implement recovery plans.
4. Resource Coordination
- Allocate manpower, tools, materials, and infrastructure for project execution.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and
quality teams.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
5. Risk and Issue Management
- Identify project risks and operational challenges.
- Develop mitigation plans and contingency actions.
- Track issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate critical concerns to management when required.
6. Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the central point of communication for the project.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, management, and internal teams.
- Conduct review meetings and provide project updates.
- Maintain transparency on project status, risks, and deliverables.
7. Vendor and Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate procurement and vendor deliverables.
- Monitor material availability and delivery schedules.
- Track long lead items and critical components.
- Resolve supplier-related issues affecting project timelines.
8. Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure project activities comply with quality standards and contractual
requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, validation, and acceptance activities.
- Maintain required project documentation and records.
9. Execution Monitoring and Control
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and progress.
- Ensure tasks are completed as per specifications and timelines.
- Track dependencies and manage project changes effectively.
10. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, action items, and
approvals.
- Generate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and progress reports.

- Lead and motivate project teams.
