Role: Project Manager(Banking/Payments Domain)
Experience required: 7 to 15 years
Location:- Mumbai
Required Technical Skillset:-
- Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
- Implements process improvement initiatives and improves customer satisfaction
- Manages Cost and Budgets
- Capable to handle multiple releases in large programs
Must Have Skills:-
- Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products implementation
- Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
- Good analytical abilities
- Good Communication and Senior Management Reporting skills
- Good Team Player and able to management large teams
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
- Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage
- Prepare and tracks release management – covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks
- Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.
- Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.
- Encourage teams to increase productivity!
- Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.
