Title: Project Manager

Job Purpose
To represent the client and manage projects from initiation through handover, ensuring successful delivery within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and schedule while coordinating with all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the client throughout all project phases.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
- Monitor project scope, progress, risks, and overall performance.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure contractual compliance.
- Coordinate with government authorities and key stakeholders.
- Review and approve project reports, designs, submissions, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control activities.
- Resolve project issues and facilitate timely project handover.
- Support the Facilities Management team during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and operational phase.
- Lead projects using a package-based delivery approach with a strong understanding of subcontractor coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a client representative role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, or real estate development projects.
- PMP certification is preferred; PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
