The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects through all phases, from planning to final delivery, ensuring project objectives are achieved within the approved scope, schedule, and budget. The role also involves coordinating efforts between project teams and stakeholders, managing risks, and monitoring execution quality, contributing to the highest levels of operational efficiency and excellence in project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within the approved scope.
- Coordinate with internal departments, executive management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and project performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and project governance.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management.
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
