Project Manager – Pool Construction
Location: Orange County, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 per year
Bonus: Performance-Based Bonus Program
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – Pool Construction to oversee residential and commercial pool projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in pool construction. The ideal candidate has an engineering background (completed or in progress) and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of pool construction projects from initiation through completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and project plans
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, permits, safety standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with sales and design teams during project handoff and execution
- Address client concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide regular project updates and documentation to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field), or currently enrolled in an engineering program
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pool construction (required)
- Proven experience managing construction projects end-to-end
- Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
