About the Opportunity
Our client is a global leader in the delivery of complex engineering and construction projects across the Data Center and Semiconductor sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of major capital projects ranging from $200 million to over $1 billion.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of North America’s most technically advanced mission-critical facilities, working alongside industry-leading clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and final client handover.
You will provide leadership across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center or Semiconductor construction projects valued between $200 million and $1 billion+.
- Manage all aspects of project execution including scope, budget, schedule, quality and commercial performance.
- Develop and execute project delivery strategies from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Manage project risk, change management, cost control and forecasting.
- Ensure project milestones and contractual obligations are achieved.
- Drive a strong culture of safety, quality and operational excellence across the project team.
- Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor performance and construction progress.
- Support commissioning, turnover and successful client handover.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering large-scale mission-critical construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering Data Center or Semiconductor projects valued between $200 million and $1 billion+.
- Experience working for an EPC, EPCM contractor or General Contractor on complex capital projects.
- Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, commercial management and contract administration.
- Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Experience managing client relationships and coordinating with consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate depending on project requirements.

Pay: $180,000.00 – $240,000.00 per year
