About Us
Industrial Roofing Scotland has been delivering commercial and industrial roofing and cladding services across Scotland and the wider UK since 2013. Based at Lomond Business Park in Glenrothes, we work with factories, warehouses, and commercial property owners on everything from roofing repairs and maintenance through to full re-roofing, re-cladding, and design-and-build projects. We’re a tight, professional team and we take how we work seriously.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role — a mix of office-based work in Glenrothes and out on site — so you’ll need to be comfortable in both environments.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Operations and be responsible for managing contracts from award through to completion, making sure projects are delivered on time, to standard, and in line with our company processes.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in the roofing and cladding industry is preferred, but not essential — the right attitude counts
• A genuine ability to follow process and work within company systems — this is non-negotiable
• Someone who understands that we have an established way of managing contracts and KPIs, and is willing to work within that framework
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence — you will be required to travel to sites
