Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading multinational environment in 10th of Ramadan. The role is responsible for managing and delivering integrated, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute full-cycle construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary project teams including civil, architectural, and MEP works.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation to senior management.
- Oversee resource planning and ensure proper allocation of manpower and materials.
- Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or MEP preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proven experience working with well-established contractors on integrated projects.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction projects.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.

Candidates should be willing to reside near the project site.
