Project Manager – HVAC & Ventilation
Salary and Package: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum depending on experience. Company car or car allowance. Pension. Expenses covered for travel and overnight stays.
Location
Near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire with nationwide travel. Full‑time, Permanent Position.
About the Company
This family‑run HVAC contractor has over 50 years of experience delivering ventilation, air‑conditioning, heating and ductwork solutions across commercial, industrial and specialist sites in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing HVAC and ventilation installation projects across commercial and industrial sites.
- Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and site activities.
- Attending client and site meetings throughout project delivery.
- Managing programme timelines and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Overseeing ductwork, ventilation, heating and air‑conditioning installations.
- Liaising with design teams, engineers, suppliers and clients.
- Monitoring project costs and reporting progress internally.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained across all sites.
- Supporting commissioning and final handover stages.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
Qualifications
Experienced Project Manager with a background in HVAC, ventilation, ductwork, mechanical building services or air‑conditioning installations who can manage projects nationwide.
