- Project Management Experience within 20- 30 million projects
- AGL / Airfield Operation Experience is preferred
- Experience Electrical Systems & Electrical/Civil Engineering background desired
- Making sure the project is delivered on-time and within budget.
- Obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the scope of works, contract and project time frames & budget.
- Preparation of detailed budgets & forecasts.
- Contract management and Control – including preparation and submission of variations, EOT claims, progress claims etc in accordance with the contract
- Oversee the development of the detailed project design
- Manage the engagement of suppliers and subcontractors,
- Manage negotiations and overall project management
- Overseeing the quality, safety and environmental management systems throughout the project
- Coordinate and prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly internal and external reports
- Attendance at client progress meetings
- Coordinate and manage the project delivery team including managing hiring of new staff as required throughout the project
- Oversee the preparation and management of all construction programs as per the contract
- Maintain expected level of quality throughout project.
- Maintain client relationship excellence and customer care throughout the project
- Perform other tasks as requested by the General Manager and senior management team
